Thierry Floin

Thierry Floin has extensive expertise in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection solutions, currently serving as Product Manager for Tank Inspection Solutions at Vinçotte since December 2003. In this role, Thierry Floin also acts as Lead Contract Engineer for Petro Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, overseeing advanced NDT techniques, including Scorpion, Floorscan, and ultrasonic testing, as well as visual inspections of external corrosion and dynamic components for pipeline protection. Prior to this position, Thierry Floin worked as an AIA/NDT Project Engineer focused on non-destructive testing of steel types, with a specialization in ultrasonic testing. Earlier experience includes a role as a Material Inspector at ArcelorMittal from August 1998 to December 2003, where visual inspections of final products were conducted at the Gent and Opel Bochum sites.
