Cindy Holbrook possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at QualTek since October 2019. In addition to this role, Cindy has been with Vinculums Services, LLC since March 2010, initially as a Program Manager before advancing to Director of Program Operations, where responsibilities include overseeing the AT&T Turf project for Northern California. Concurrently, Cindy also holds the position of Director of Program Operations at InfraServices, reflecting a strong commitment to program and operations leadership across multiple organizations.
