Cindy Dvoracek has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success, sales operations, and project management. Cindy is currently working as a Customer Success Director at Vindicia since October 2020. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Amdocs, inc. starting in 2005. During their time at Amdocs, they held roles such as Sales Operations, Business Operations Manager, Proposal Manager, and Project Manager. In their role as Proposal Manager, they were responsible for managing proposals for different sales divisions within the company. Cindy also worked at DST Innovis from 1996 to 2004, where they held positions such as Strategic Relationship Manager, Manager of Sales Support, and Account Manager. In these roles, they excelled in building customer relationships, increasing revenue, and meeting sales targets. Cindy received notable recognition for their performance, including the DST Innovis Salesperson of the Year and President's Club Awards in 2000.
Cindy Dvoracek completed their education in Project Management at California State University-Sacramento from 2005 to 2007. Cindy attained a Certified PMP degree in this field during their time at the university.
