Leah Kirby is an experienced professional with a strong background in product strategy, operational efficiencies, and process improvement. As the Founder and Senior Technology Operations Consultant at Vineflow since March 2022, Leah advises startups and growth-stage companies. Leah served as Chief Product Officer at Red Rover Health, Inc. from September 2024 to April 2025, where product strategy and execution were driven to align innovation with business expansion. Previously, Leah held the position of Vice President of Transformation at WelbeHealth from July 2022 to July 2024, overseeing product and operations strategies and leading the development of a significant care management platform. Leah also contributed to AirStrip as Vice President of Product Operations and later as Senior Director of Product Management, optimizing workflows and guiding strategic product direction. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Product Management at CliniComp, where Leah established methodologies for enterprise SaaS platforms. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
