Long Nguyen

Long Nguyen is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for VINFAST in the Middle East since January 2025. Previously, Long held the position of Director of Business Planning and Operations for Visa in Vietnam and Laos from July 2019 to December 2024. Long's extensive experience at Citi spanned nearly a decade, during which various roles included Head of Business Planning and Program Lead for Country Operations and Technology, along with multiple positions in Business Planning and Sales Management. Long began the professional journey as an Audit Trainee at KPMG UK and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bethnal Green Technology College. Long holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by A-Level qualifications and a secondary education at Chu Van An National High School.
