Paula Sharp

Paula Sharp, MBA, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Health, Safety, Environmental at Vinmar International since October 2014, overseeing global human resources operations. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Goradia Capital and at TPC Group from January 2007 to November 2010, where the individual managed all HR and communications functions. Additional experience at BP as Director of HR from August 2000 to January 2007 involved managing HR for a major unionized refinery, while prior roles included HR Manager at Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP and The UNO-VEN Company, managing various HR activities and labor relations. Paula Sharp holds an MBA with a focus on HR and Labor Relations from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BBA in Management from Lamar University.
