Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Director of Wines at Les Amis Pte Ltd from October 2006 to December 2015. Timothy began the career in hospitality as a Sommelier at Raffles Hotel Singapore from January 2003 to August 2004. Timothy's educational background includes training from Shatec and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
