Elad Friedman is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as VP Investments at Viola Credit since August 2019, Elad has held roles as Principal and Senior Associate. Prior to this, Elad worked as an M&A Analyst at Altimo, co-leading M&A transactions in eCommerce and SaaS, and established a data-driven sourcing methodology. Elad also co-led complex M&A processes at Amdocs and headed the Credit Analysis department at Phoenix Investments and Finance, overseeing risk analysis and private placements. Earlier experience includes a role as Financial Advisor at KPMG, where Elad conducted financial advisory studies for various industries. Elad holds an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
