John Sim has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as Head of Information Technology & Security at VIOOH since October 2022. Previously, John held various senior roles at Vodafone Business, including Customer Design Authority and Customer Solution Authority, where notable achievements included delivering a £11m business transformation project and implementing a zero-trust security model for a national infrastructure provider. Other significant roles spanned client service management at Vodafone Global Enterprise and service management at Cable & Wireless Communications, alongside earlier positions at Demon Internet Ltd and Thus PLC, where John honed technical and leadership skills across multiple sectors. Education includes studies at Ponteland County High School from 1991 to 1993.
