William Bifulco is the Vice Chair at VIP COMMUNITY SERVICES. William has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. William has held various positions such as VP Clinical Administration, Administrative Director, Chief Technology Officer, and VP Ambulatory Services. William is also a Clinical Assistant Professor and has taught Contemporary Issues in Healthcare Informatics. William Bifulco is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the healthcare system.

William Bifulco has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stony Brook University in Healthcare and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from State University of New York at Stony Brook in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist.
