Jason Gritters

Jason Gritters has extensive experience in product development, strategy, and corporate advisory roles within the home services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at vipHomeLink since June 2025, Jason previously held the position of Director of Home Warranty Product at Frontdoor, Inc., overseeing a critical post-acquisition transition after the company acquired 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. As Vice President of Product & Corporate Development at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty from August 2016 to January 2025, Jason led initiatives that enhanced enterprise value and successfully managed a $15M operational budget while contributing to the company's strategic sale to Frontdoor. Jason's earlier experience includes significant roles at CenturyLink and Lockheed Martin, focusing on product marketing, financial planning, and commercializing advanced technology. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Denver.
