Fang Cheng

Fang (Felicia) Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various prominent organizations. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at VIPKID since April 2017, Fang is responsible for leading the recruitment strategies for the company. Concurrently, as the Great China Staffing Lead at VMware since July 2014, Fang oversees the hiring processes for both R&D and Sales & Marketing teams, supporting the company's business growth initiatives. Prior to this, Fang held the position of GCG Recruitment Lead at IBM China from October 2006 to June 2014, managing recruitment strategies, planning, and execution, alongside developing sourcing channels and internship programs. Earlier roles include providing recruitment support for non-sales functions at HP from 2004 to 2006 and serving as a senior consultant specializing in the IT/Telecom industry at TMP from 2000 to 2002. Fang earned an MBA in Business Administration from Peking University from 1997 to 2000.
