Rachel Korwin-Miller

Rachel Korwin-Miller serves as the R&D IT Manager at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. since November 2021, having previously held the position of Sr. Laboratory Information Systems Analyst. Prior to this, Rachel accumulated extensive experience at Zymergen from March 2016 to October 2021, progressing through roles such as Data Management Engineer II, Data Management Engineer, Team Lead, Research Associate III, and Genome Engineering Research Associate II. Earlier career experience includes positions at DNA2.0 (now ATUM) as a Gene Synthesis Production Associate focusing on bacterial transformations and sequencing, and as a Contract Research Associate at Genentech. Rachel's career began as an intern at Rogue Equine Hospital in 2012. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Animal Sciences from the University of California, Davis, in 2013.
