Virb, Inc.

Virb addresses the increasing supply/demand gap (estimated at ~15% annually or 65K+ clinical ops resources globally) within the clinical trail industry. The expanding supply-demand gap for experienced resources is challenging pharma growth, leading to spiraling cost increases, and potentially preventing novel drugs from getting to market. Tosolve this problem, Virb has developed an ed-tech, SaaS like software platform that can generate a large, skilled & trained, entry-level workforce for the industry. The company was founded by Garrett, the former CHRO for IQVIA, and is led by a who’s who list of former HR and talent executives within the industry.
