Chris Pearce

Chris Pearce is a seasoned design and experience professional with extensive expertise in product development and management. Currently serving as the Design & Experience Manager at Virgin Atlantic since June 2023, Chris previously held the position of Head of Product (Hardware) at Mayku, where responsibilities included leading a hardware product team through end-to-end product ownership. At Joseph Joseph Ltd, Chris served as Lead Design Manager, overseeing a £36M+ category and launching over 85 products across multiple seasons. Previous roles encompass significant positions at Dyson, where new product innovation was a primary focus, and Anglepoise Ltd, where collaboration with renowned designers took place. Chris began a career in design at James E. Pearce Ltd and holds a Product Design BSc (Hons) from Bournemouth University.
