Linda Smithson

Linda Smithson currently serves as the Member Experience Team Manager at Happy Money, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Linda worked at Nordstrom for nearly a decade, advancing through several roles, including Learning Supervisor, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. As Learning Supervisor, Linda managed a team of nine learning specialists to develop a comprehensive onboarding program for multiple call centers. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, Linda performed extensive performance reviews and coaching for Customer Service Specialists. Linda's early career at Nordstrom involved providing customer support and achieving high satisfaction ratings. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of California, Riverside.
