Ben oversees global Human Resources at Virgin Hyperloop, leading the talent acquisition, development, and business partner functions to cultivate and attract top talent.
He is a seasoned international Human Resources professional with experience in the technology, construction, design, and business consulting industries.
Prior to Virgin Hyperloop, Ben partnered with the CEO and leadership team of an interior design firm to lead change management when the company launched a major business transformation. He provided human resources and business strategy counsel, supporting the transformation of the business into a long-term sustainable enterprise. In this role, he worked with a multidisciplinary workforce of more than 600 professionals across the U.A.E., Kuwait, and Indonesia.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Reading.
