Brian Towle is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Hyperloop One since August 2015, leading the first full-system Hyperloop prototype and development test program. Prior to this role, Brian was a Lead Engineer for high-pressure turbine design and a Ceramic Matrix Composite Design Engineer at GE Aviation from September 2012 to August 2015, where Brian played a key role in developing a groundbreaking combustor design. Brian's career commenced as a member of the Edison Engineering Development Program at General Electric, where Brian completed rotations focused on gas turbine component design and earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
