Jo Bertram is Virgin Media O2’s Managing Director, Business and Wholesale.
Jo is responsible for providing services to our large enterprise, public sector, and small business customers, as well as wholesale and MVNO partners.
Jo was a member of the Executive Team for Telefónica (O2) UK Limited from April 2018 when she joined as Chief Digital & Strategy Officer. She was then appointed Managing Director for O2 Business in August 2019 and held this position until May 2021.
Prior to joining O2, Jo was the Regional General Manager for Northern Europe operations at Uber, covering the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Baltics and Benelux. She managed the launch of Uber in over 40 cities and towns beyond London and its entry into Ireland, Finland, Denmark and Norway. She has also been an Executive in Residence at EQT Ventures. Jo has more than eight years of management consultancy experience, having worked for both McKinsey and Accenture.
