Joshua Hedglin

Joshua Hedglin is an accomplished professional in the music industry with extensive experience in label and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Virgin Music Group since June 2018, Joshua leads the Ingrooves Dance/Electronic Department to drive revenue growth and enhance brand recognition. Joshua has a strong background in managing digital and physical release strategies, marketing, and relationship-building with artists and labels as General Manager of Dumb Unit Records since June 2015. Prior experience includes Senior Account Manager at Beatport, where Joshua handled major accounts and developed marketing initiatives. Joshua's earlier roles involved policy coordination and research in foreign policy, alongside marketing and public relations for Modular Records. Joshua holds an MSc in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Westminster College.
