Tim Pedder is an experienced IT Support Manager with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Since April 2008, Tim has been managing IT support operations at Virgin Wines, ensuring the functionality of critical systems across multiple sites with the assistance of a dedicated team and various maintenance contracts. Prior to this, Tim held a contract position as an IT Support Manager at NHS Pensions Agency from May 2007 to April 2008. Tim's earlier experience includes a six-year tenure at Your Communications, where responsibilities encompassed the operation and support of over 800 PCs and numerous servers, alongside managing a team of Systems Engineers and Service Desk Advisors. Tim's career began in IT support at Norweb Telecom from June 1994 to January 2001. Tim graduated with a degree in Geophysics from the University of East Anglia between 1988 and 1991 and attended Bury Grammar School from 1981 to 1988.
