Claire Hilton is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategy. Currently serving as Chief Brand Officer and Managing Director for Virgin Brand at Virgin, Claire also holds the position of Chairperson at Virgin StartUp and is a Non-Executive Director at the Advertising Standards Authority. Previously, Claire worked at Barclays for over 16 years, climbing through various senior roles, including Managing Director of Brand & Insight and International Brand Marketing Director, where responsibilities encompassed global brand strategy and large marketing budgets. Claire's career began at BT, where roles included Head of Marketing and Chief of Staff to the Group Communications Director. Claire holds an MA in Marketing from Kingston Business School, a BA Hons in English & History from the University of Kent, and a CIM Diploma in Marketing.
