Brian Mosier

Brian Mosier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in traffic operations and civil engineering management, currently serving as Regional Traffic Operations Manager and District Infrastructure Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation since July 2014. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Civil Engineering Manager at Exelis, providing oversight for various base operating support functions. A former member of the United States Air Force for nearly 26 years, Brian served in multiple leadership roles including Chief Enlisted Manager for Installations and Mission Support at Headquarters Air Combat Command and Superintendent positions at various squadrons. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Liberty University and numerous leadership certifications from esteemed institutions.
