Kaitlyne Cooper

Kaitlyne Cooper is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and appraisal. Currently serving as a Certified General Appraiser at the Virginia Department of Transportation since October 2023, Kaitlyne previously held multiple roles including Project Manager, Certified General Appraiser, and Right of Way Agent at Bowman Consulting from February 2015 to October 2023. Additionally, Kaitlyne worked as a Coach at Capital Gymnastics from May 2013 to June 2015 and as a Program Analyst at IPKeys Technologies, where responsibilities included supporting military personnel and their families as a Passport Specialist at Ft. Belvoir. Kaitlyne holds a Master of Science in Small Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Strayer University.
