Rick Hewlett

Rick Hewlett is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Virginia Department of Transportation, Rick focuses on building talent pools to meet hiring needs.
