Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the transportation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both Guaranteed Transport Service and Virginia Transportation Corporation since February 2021, Paul previously held the same title at Milton's Distributing Co., Inc. from 2016 to February 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance at RoadOne Intermodal Logistics, Sr. Finance Director at GTECH, and Director of Operations Finance at PAREXEL. Paul also has significant experience with AmeriCold Logistics as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and served as Controller for the U.S. Region at VersaCold Logistics. An educational background in Management Systems was earned at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lally School of Management, where Paul completed a BS degree in 1994.
