Richard Price

Richard Price, DMin, MARLA, MA, currently serves as the Dean of Chapel at Virginia Union University, a position held since August 2022. In addition to this role, Richard has been the Senior Minister at The North Green Street Church of Christ since August 2016, where leadership includes discerning the church's vision and overseeing its various ministries. Richard is also actively involved as a board member for the GUM TREE MUSEUM OF ART INC and as an editorial board member for the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal, both positions held since July 2020 and August 2019, respectively. With a commitment to community service, Richard sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Mississippi and serves as Chairman for the City of Tupelo since January 2017. Academically, Richard holds a Doctor of Ministry from New York Theological Seminary and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration at The University of Southern Mississippi. Previous academic roles include serving as an adjunct professor at The College of New Rochelle from 2011 to 2016.
