As the Founder of VirtCh since August 2020, Masewicz leads a team that specializes in high-quality graphics, animations, and live production services. In addition, Masewicz serves as Founder and Chief Development Officer of Visua, a full-service design and integration firm that delivers top-tier LED video displays and audio/video production equipment. Masewicz has owned TSE Services, LLC since 1984, originally focusing on providing sports entertainers globally. Additionally, Masewicz founded The Blues Brothers Act, overseeing its operations from 1984 to 2007, and developed and managed a chain of Cost Cutters hair care salons through Provest Franchise Ventures from 1990 to 1996. Masewicz's educational background includes studies at Winona State University and the United States Air Force Academy.
