Bogdan T.

Bogdan T. began their work experience in 2006 as a Software Engineer Intern at NXP Semiconductors. In 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer on the Antivirus Engine R&D Team at BitDefender. In 2008, they started their tenure at the National University of Singapore as a Grad Student, TA, and later a PostDoc. In 2014, Bogdan joined Virtu Financial as a Core/Low Latency Developer and is currently working there. Additionally, they hold the role of Managing Director, APAC at Virtu Financial starting in 2023.

Bogdan T. completed a BEng degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a PhD in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2013.
