Fernando Pacheco

Fernando Pacheco is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the medtech sector, currently serving as a Partner and Senior Investment Director at Endeavour Vision since March 2018, focusing on growth-stage investments in devices, digital health, diagnostics, and health technology. In addition, Fernando holds board member positions at CeQur, Miach Orthopaedics, and Virtual Incision Corp, and previously served as a board observer for SOPHiA GENETICS during its successful NASDAQ IPO. Prior to these roles, Fernando worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, specializing in strategy and organizational consulting in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and gained practical engineering experience at Stryker, the World Health Organization, and through volunteering initiatives. Fernando holds dual MEng degrees in Biomedical Engineering from ETH Zürich and Imperial College London, complemented by an IB Diploma from St. Dominic's International School.
