John Echaniz has over two decades of experience in technology and service delivery roles, currently serving as VP of Delivery and Offering Development at Virtual Service Operations since January 2019. Previously, John held the position of VP of Product Development at Sole Solutions, Inc. from May 2015 to December 2018, and served as Alliance Manager at Strategic Business Systems, Inc. from December 2011 to April 2015. Prior to that, John worked at IBM Global Technology Services as Manager of the Worldwide Storage Services Technology Group from 2007 to November 2011, and as Solution Center Director and Learning Services Director at NovusCG from September 2001 to December 2007. Earlier in John's career, a role as Systems Integration Consultant at Prescience Systems Corp. from 1998 to 2001 was also undertaken. John Echaniz holds a degree from Christendom College, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993.
