Matt Mcintire is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in the gaming and technology industries. Currently serving as the VP of Operations & Finance at Virtual Therapeutics since February 2021, Matt focuses on enhancing mental fitness through innovative virtual reality solutions. Prior to this role, Matt spent over a decade at Microsoft, where responsibilities included leading business management for the Forza and Fable franchises and managing various finance teams, contributing to long-term product growth and financial analysis for Xbox. Earlier experience includes finance management at Foundation 9 Entertainment and a role as a Royalty Analyst at Novell. Matt holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
