Brian also has experience as a NBC Specialist/Program Manager in the USMC/USMC Reserves and as an MTS 1 at Hughes Network Systems. Brian holds an MBA in Business, an MS in Information Systems Management, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
