Alex Myers

Alex Myers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, marketing, and education. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Virtue Analytics Inc. and an Advisory Board Member at NursePreneurs, Alex focuses on enhancing educational access through innovative software solutions and effective marketing strategies. As a Professor of Communications at Carleton University, Alex has educated over 450 engineering students, fostering their entrepreneurial skills and evaluating numerous patent-improvement projects. Previous roles include CEO at Yureka-Marketing Inc., where Alex developed international markets for Canadian education, and various communications positions across governmental organizations such as the Department of National Defence and Global Affairs Canada. Alex holds an MBA in Marketing from Concordia University, along with a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a certificate in Film Scenario Writing and Production.
