Derek Azuma has a background in computer networking and security, with experience in various technology roles such as computer technician, web designer/developer, and system engineer. At VirtuIT Systems, Derek currently serves as the Systems Engineer - EMS Lead, where he leads a project to standardize Enterprise Managed Services. Prior to this, Derek worked at Horizon Media as a Specialist of Technology Support and Services and as an Intern in Technology and Support. Derek's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Purdue Global and a Diploma in Computer Networking and Security from Lincoln Technical Institute-Paramus.
