Michael John is a System Engineer at VirtuIT Systems since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at nfrastructure, where responsibilities included diagnosing critical issues as a Microsoft 365 Premier Escalation Engineer and providing technical support as a Premier Senior Technical Engineer. Michael's expertise encompasses deep dive analysis and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams client logs, HTTPS traffic logs, and PowerShell/Microsoft Graph API, as well as assisting both SysAdmins and end users in resolving Office 365 related technical issues. Michael also has a solid foundation in supporting a range of Office 365 products and local server applications in hybrid environments, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree from Becker College obtained between 2013 and 2018.
