Michael Martino is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and accounting. Currently serving as AVP of SEC Reporting & Accounting at Virtus Investment Partners since January 2018, Michael has previously held significant roles, including VP and Assistant Controller at TRC Companies, Inc., and Assistant Corporate Controller at OAKLEAF Waste Management. Michael's career spans positions such as VP & Director of Financial Reporting at TRC Companies, Inc., Manager of General Accounting and Fixed Assets at Advo, and Assistant Controller at Distributed Energy Systems.
