Rodney Elder has extensive experience in business development and strategic consulting, currently serving as Executive Vice President North America at Virtusales Publishing Solutions since October 2009, where previous roles included Vice President Commercial Operations and Vice President Sales and Marketing. In addition to this, Rodney has been a Director at Elders Real Estate Consulting since June 2009, focusing on strategic consulting, business plan formulation, and sales strategy development. Prior experience includes positions at International Business Systems as Business Development Manager for both the UK & Ireland and Australia, and at TouchStar, where responsibilities included strategic partner development and managing complex sales processes. Earlier roles also include Business Development Manager at Vodafone and Sales Consultant at Thomson Ford. Rodney holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, and Finance from Western Sydney University.
