VIS Group is included in the list of Russia’s strategically important companies. In 2020, the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) assigned an A (RU) rating to VIS Group. The holding invests its own funds in the creation of transport, social and communal infrastructure facilities and implements turnkey PPP and concession projects, managing every stage of their life cycle. The companies of the Group act as private partners, structure projects, organize financing, build and operate the created facilities. The total contract portfolio has been formed until 2047.

The Group's mission is implementation of infrastructural projects that are strategically important for economic and social development, improvement of the quality of people’s life.

VIS Group has been operating since 2000. Over the history of its existence, 98 large-scale energy, industrial, transport, social, and oil and gas infrastructure facilities have been created in 23 Russian and European cities. Today, major infrastructure projects are being implemented in the Moscow and Novosibirsk regions, the Khabarovsk Territory, Yakutia, Yugra and Yamal.
