Rahul Nerurkar is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Head of Information Technology at Vishvaraj Group since August 2021, where significant contributions include the design and implementation of a digital transformation program to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Previous roles include Partner at INNOVIK Systech Pvt. Ltd., where Rahul secured the first overseas deal, and Head of Business Applications at Sterling and Wilson, where Rahul managed HRMS and T&E solutions resulting in cost savings. Rahul's extensive career includes positions at Tata Capital, Capgemini, L&T Infotech, Tata Infotech, Kalpataru Limited, AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, and GeoEngineers Inc, focusing on SAP financial consulting, project management, and digital transformation initiatives. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

We pride ourselves on executing the first project in India that provides tertiary treated water to thermal power stations, freeing up 190 MLD of fresh water that can take care of population growth for the next 35 years of the city. With more than 20 years of experience, we are spearheading social change through water to improve the lives of over 43 million people in the country. We have a combined operating capacity of over 3,057 MLD across 42 water and wastewater treatment & reuse plants. Recently, we expanded our footprint overseas by winning a marquee project in Maldives. Today VEPL is amongst the top 50 global private water operators (GWI ranking) and has received several awards, including one for best practice by the Prime Minister of India.
