Dr. Anushka Shembekar

Dr. Anushka Shembekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, particularly in the healthcare sector, as the Founder and CEO of Olyphaunt Solutions Private Limited since October 2021. As a Managing Director at Pechkeen and the founder of Firtichulbag, Dr. Shembekar is involved in promoting mind fitness and safe food initiatives. Dr. Shembekar serves as an External Committee Member for POSH at multiple companies including Ityx Group and leads the POSH Committee at Deepastambha Charitable Trust. Additionally, Dr. Shembekar holds a position on the Industry Advisory Panel at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and has contributed to academia as an External Examiner and guest lecturer. Dr. Shembekar has a strong educational background with a PhD in IoT Management and several MBA degrees, alongside experience in various roles in product design, solution architecture, and project management in prior positions, including a significant tenure at Kirloskar Brothers Limited.
