Dr. Premanand Ghadekar

Dr. Premanand Ghadekar is currently serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, since June 2025, after holding various roles within the same institution since January 2003. Dr. Ghadekar has extensive experience in academia, previously leading the Department of Information Technology at the same institute and contributing as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Computer Engineering. Additionally, Dr. Ghadekar coordinated the annual social gathering for Digital Electronics in 2009 and acted as a judge for a national level paper presentation at PICT Pune. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronic and Telecommunications from Amravati University, an M.Tech in Electronics from COEP Technological University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
