Sarah Irene Walusimbi

Ms. Sarah Irene Walusimbi holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Master in Business Administration from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts thereto. She has extensive experience in corporate governance having served on the Boards Capital Markets Authority, aBi Finance and aBi Development, National Social Security Fund, Housing Finance Bank, African Alliance Ltd, SOS Children’s Village and NIC across the last 22 years.
