James Vaughn is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Vision Innovation Partners since July 2019, James specializes in process optimization, acquisition diligence, and financial integration. Prior to this role, James was the Chief Financial Officer at Buccini / Pollin Group from September 2017 to July 2019, and previously held positions at EY, including Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, focusing on financial due diligence in healthcare and life sciences, as well as Manager in Assurance Services. James began their career at EY as an intern. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics.
