Jay Longstreth

Jay Longstreth possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the optical industry. Currently serving as the Global Sales Regional VP at VSP Vision since July 2023, Jay Longstreth oversees the hiring, management, training, and coaching of 20 professional sales representatives across Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, while also consulting with over 1000 accounts. Prior to this role, Jay Longstreth spent 18 years at Marchon Eyewear, advancing from Territory Sales Representative to District Sales Manager and ultimately to Regional Vice President of Sales, where similar responsibilities included managing sales teams, consulting with numerous accounts, and driving sales growth across the same three-state area.
