Lisa Fields

Lisa Fields serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at VSP Global, where responsibilities include leading teams of commercial lawyers, managing intellectual property, and overseeing contract negotiations and asset acquisitions. Fields has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's vision care offerings in several countries and developing e-commerce platforms for eye care providers. Previously, Fields was General Counsel at Beutler Corporation, managing legal matters and the company's insurance portfolio, and worked as a trial attorney specializing in litigation involving asbestos and construction defects at Charter Miller Davis and Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson. Fields holds a Doctor of Law degree from Whittier Law School, along with several other certifications, and graduated magna cum laude.
