Hormuz started their career at Thermax Limited in 1993 as an Area Manager, and they worked there until 2000.
Hormuz then joined Honeywell Automation (I) Ltd. in 2000 as a Business Manager, where they remained until 2005.
In 2005, they joined Infinite Computer Solutions Inc. as a Director and stayed there until 2012.
From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Fourth Technologies Inc. as a Vice President of Sales.
Hormuz then joined DynPro Inc in 2013 as the Vice President of Business Development until 2015.
During the same period, from 2013 to 2015, they also worked at iQGateway as a Director.
After that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at Mindtree as a Sr. Director - Account Management.
From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of GM & Client Partner - Communications, Media & Technology Industry Group at Mindtree.
Currently, since February 2022, they are working as the VP & Client Partner - Strategic Accounts at Visionet Systems Inc.
Hormuz Gotla has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute) in SANGLI-M.S. Hormuz also holds a Univ. of London O Level degree in Math & Science from Accra Academy, which they obtained from 1982 to 1987.
