Visions In Education Charter School
Michael Miller is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in programming, systems analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Services and Lead Programmer at Visions In Education Charter School since September 2014, Michael has implemented systematic code reviews and a Scrum-like approach to task management. Previous roles include Backend Server Engineer at The Playforge, Director at Simple Machines, and programming positions at Visions In Education Charter School and Simple Machines Forum. Michael began the career working as an Engineering Intern at The Community College Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and studies at American River College from 2002 to 2005.

We are a tuition-free public school that supports alternatives in public education. We provide a high-quality standards-based education to Home School families (TK-8) and Independent Study High School students (9-12), including our University Prep High School (9-12) Program.
