Heather Lang has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather started their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1999 and worked there for 16 years. In 2015, they joined Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa as an Assistant Director of Human Resources before moving on to become the Director of Human Resources at Visit Austin in 2016.
Heather Lang received their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Heather attended the university from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Masterclass from Destinations International in December 2021.
