Justus O'Neil is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partner Engagement Manager at Visit Indy since June 2025, where responsibilities include strengthening partnerships to enhance Indianapolis's visitor-related economic impact. Prior roles include Public Relations & Social Media Officer at Indiana Destination Development Corporation, Varsity Men's Track and Soccer Coach at the International School of Indiana, and Event Coordinator at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute. Justus has also contributed as the Managing Editor at a university newspaper and as an Education and Engagement Intern with the Indiana Historical Society, where innovative projects were developed. Justus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Indianapolis.
